Glastonbury Returns
After a cancelled event in 2012, the iconic Glastonbury Festival is set to return.
This year’s Glastonbury Festival will see over 135,000 people attend the event. While tickets for the event sold out in a number of hours, aspects of the Festival will be live-streamed for the first time in the Festival’s history. Six of Glastonbury’s major stages will be streamed across the BBC’s TV, radio and online networks.

– Arctic Monkeys: The rock band will headline Glastonbury for a second time taking to the Pyramid stage at 10.15pm (BST).
– Tame Impala: The psychedelic Australian band are set to make their Glastonbury debut and will appear on the ‘Other Stage’ from 8.05pm (BST).

– Jagwar Ma: Hailing from Sydney, Australia the electronic duo are fast making a name for themselves. fluoro interviewed the duo in the lead up to Glastonbury. They will perform on the John Peel Stage at 1pm (BST).
Sunday 30 June 2013
– Bobby Womack: The soul legend has been writing music since the 1960’s. His performance at Glastonbury is his only UK festival appearance for this year. Womak will play on the West Holst Stage on Sunday from 9.30pm (BST).
– James Blake: The English electronic music producer will take to the John Peel Stage from 7.15 pm (BST).
– The xx: Recently featured on the Great Gatsby soundtrack, the English group will play on the ‘Other Stage’ from 8.05pm (BST).
– Cat Power: Also known as Chan Marshall, the American singer-songwriter will appear on the Park Stage from 8.30pm (BST)
