Swatch: Entusiasmo
Swatch’s Entusiasmo timepiece celebrates the passion of football and the way it is played by people of all ages across the globe.
Entusiasmo was created in honour of football’s huge popularity in Brazil, while also holding a social aspect. Entusiasmo testifies to Swatch’s passionate belief in the values and importance of sports for young people. A portion of the proceeds from the sale of each watch will be donated to the Gol de Letra Foundation, a non-governmental organisation founded in 1998 by former football players Raí and Leonardo. Gol de Letra assists some 1,300 children and young people in Brazil aiming to enable children and teenagers to act with autonomy to change their realities.
The Brazilian flag is reinterpreted and applied to Entusiasmo in shades of green, yellow, blue and white. The flag is also represented on the exchangeable loop around the strap. Band loops with flags from 31 other countries are available to purchase and attach to the timepiece, as is an entire set of 31 country flag loops.
