Dessein Furniture: New Concept Store

Furniture that captures the natural beauty of the sunset and sunrise is the theme behind Dessein Furniture’s new 10 Degrees campaign and concept store.

Encapsulating Australia’s natural beauty and sunny lifestyle, 10 Degrees references the moments at sunset and sunrise when the sun hovers 10 degrees above the horizon. The concept comes alive with the inspired designs of Melbourne-based architecture studio DesignOffice, who have interpreted the campaign’s theme through a colourful and vibrant installation that doubles as a visual merchandising display.

Deep dark colors and the unique design of the new concept store, will allow patrons to experience a storefront that will reveal a chromatic lighting installation, which when viewed from afar, will appear mysterious.

The centrepieces of DesignOffice’s installation are five new items from Dessein. These items include a high and low stool and four-seater dining table from Adam Goodrum; a three-seater café table from Justin Hutchinson; and a limited-edition Easy Chair by Jon Goulder.

The concept store is located at 117-119 Therry Street, in Melbourne’s CBD.
