Chanel: Mademoiselle Privé

Chanel announces Mademoiselle Privé, an exceptional exhibition that is set to open at London’s Saatchi Gallery this October.

Saatchi Gallery has been the space for some 300 exhibitions during its over 25-year history, and now is set to welcome Chanel, once again. Previous Chanel exhibitions at Saatchi Galley, include Lagerfeld and Carine Roitfeld’s The Little Black Jacket in 2012 and Sam Taylor-Johnson’s Second Floor: The Private Apartment of Mademoiselle Chanel in 2014.

The Mademoiselle Privé exhibition, which will occupy three floors, will take visitors on a journey through the rich history of the French House, looking into Haute Couture, the story of Chanel N°5 as well as the newly reissued Bijoux de Diamants jewellery collection, which was unveiled at the Paris Fashion Week Haute Couture AW15/16. This jewellery collection is the only fine jewellery collection designed by Coco Chanel in 1932.

Opening on Tuesday 13 October 2015 the exhibition will run for three weeks and will be open seven days a week. Saatchi Gallery is located at Kings Road London in the United Kingdom.
