Art Everywhere

A new art project, ‘Art Everywhere’ will see streets throughout the UK immersed with art, creating the world’s largest outdoor gallery.

‘Art Everywhere’ will showcase a selection of iconic British artworks in outdoor spaces across the UK, for a period of two weeks. Tens of thousands of billboards and poster spaces throughout the UK will divert from their usual content to display a selection of Britain’s renowned artists.

A panel of curators and creatives have created a shortlist of British artists from public collections around the UK. Members of the public are invited to make vote for pieces of art that they would like to see feature on media spaces around the UK. Shortlisted artists range from contemporary artists such as Damien Hirst to historic masters including John Constable and George Stubbs.

Art Everywhere will transform billboards of England from Saturday August 10 until Sunday August 25.
