A.P.C. First Australian Store

French fashion label A.P.C. (Atelier de Production et de Création) has launched their first Australian store, located in Melbourne’s iconic QV Building.

The Melbourne space was designed by French architect Laurent Deroo who has an ongoing relationship with A.P.C. Deroo has conceptualised spaces for the label globally including in Hong Kong, Berlin and Los Angeles. The Melbourne store reflects the pared back aesthetic of A.P.C. with a light open space and oak detailing. Sydney based architect Kelvin Ho, founder of Akin Creative, worked with Deroo on the design.

The store holds the most comprehensive range of A.P.C. products in Australia and makes recent A.P.C. collaborations available to the Australian market, including A.P.C. X Nike, Vanessa Seward, M/M Paris and Bonton.

A.P.C. was founded in 1987 in Paris and has become known for their minimal basics with tailored silhouettes and quality materials. The brand’s pieces are frequently timeless classics.
