Ateliers Ruby/Conrad Leach
Ateliers Ruby has released a collaborative version of their signature number five helmet with British artist Conrad Leach.
Leach’s piece of work Lucky 13 (pictured) was the inspiration for the limited edition helmet, a favourite of Ateliers Ruby’s Creative Director Jérôme Coste.
Coste was raised in a world of mechanical sports, and developed a fascination with the performances and uniforms of champions. Leach has long explored the art of motorcycles within his work. The pair’s result is a beautiful helmet inspired by the free lifestyle of great escape.
The edition of fifty numbered Pavillion and Castel helmets reinterprets the vintage helmet seen on Leach’s 1920’s racing skeleton.
