‘Vertu Ti Ferrari’ limited edition smartphone is the latest release in an ongoing partnership between Vertu and Ferrari. The smartphone embodies the design values of the two iconic brands.
The design of the ‘Vertu Ti Ferrari’ incorporates Alutex, a fibre material used on Ferrari interiors, which has been perfectly colour matched to the Ferrari leather. In a further reference to the details of a Ferrari, the backplate of the smartphone is reminiscent of the iconic Ferrari tail lights. The exterior is also coated in the same Diamond Like Carbon (DLC) material that Ferrari uses to protect their vehicles engines.
The functionality of the smartphone has also been considered including; the clockface of the phone that is inspired by the Ferrari tachometer; ringtones that replicate various Ferrari engine sounds and have been tuned by Bang and Olufsen; and a Ferrari app for exclusive information.
