PAD Paris 2014

For the past 18 years, PAD has brought together a selection of the finest galleries in the Jardin des Tuileries, one of Paris’s most visited gardens. PAD returns in 2014.

PAD Paris offers a chance to view a vast array of 20th-century decorative arts and furniture, contemporary design, tribal art and curios, contemporary jewellery, contemporary glass and ceramics.

Highlights on display at the 2014 edition include:

Galerie Pascal Lansberg: Works from diverse artists include Andy Warhol and Fred Eerdekens will be on display. Eerdekens’ pieces are delicate collaborations between typography and sculpture.

Galerie James: Specialising in Brazilian furniture, the galerie presents a furniture ensemble by the architect Joaquim Tenreiro.

Galerie Armel: The galerie will present a solo show of the photographer Eberhard Grames. Grames studied ethnology and art history before starting work as an independent photographer and since 1975 he has been travelling the world searching for endangered cultures.

Galerie Alexandre Guillemain: For it’s first participation at PAD, the galerie will show a selection of pieces from Jacques Adnet, Maxime Old and Jean Royère.

Galerie Italienne: The galerie’s selection of historical design includes pieces from Zaha Hadid, Alberto Biagetti and Mattia Bonetti.

PAD Paris takes place from Thursday 27 – Sunday 30 March 2014 in the Tuileries Garden, Paris.
