Asif Khan: Radiant Lines

An installation by British architect Asif Khan illuminates Federation Square in Melbourne, Australia as part of The Light in Winter Festival.

Khan’s installation, titled Radiant Lines utilises line, repetition and shape to create a piece of artwork that applies his architectural expertise to sculpture. The installation is illuminated at night with its lights activated when individuals cross over concentric thresholds found around the square.

The Light in Winter Festival concludes on Saturday 21 June 2014 with a Solstice Celebration.
