Sunlightsquare: King Yoruba

For some time now Sunlightsquare have been creating a soul and latin infused musical style, and now with the release of their long awaited album King Yoruba, they take their music to AfroCuban roots.

With 12 songs, the album promises to take the listener “to places you never thought possible” with experimental funky, soulful beats from the band, with Italian producer Claudio Passavanti guiding the music into a field of its own.

Passavanti has been labelled an unconventional musical creator, lingering outside the confines of trends, often setting his own as a result. He’s been known to have panache and grace, and the album promises the same variety of tasteful tunes that will bring you to ease with its soulful, jazzy bliss.

The album is available at www.sunlightsquare.com
