Hermés: Parfums de la Maison
A fragrance that sets out to capture the essence of the home and all things that occur within its walls, is the final result of a new home fragrance collection from Hermés.
The collection, Parfums de la Maison is composed of five scents developed from the minds of father-daughter duo Jean-Claude Ellena and Céline Ellena.
Each fragrance in the collection looks to give a scent that takes you to the emotional ties of friends and family, while also capturing the imaginary world we live in when alone in our private spaces.
As a part of the collection, each of the five fragrances are arranged into three families of objects designed by Guillaume Bardet, which are an origami horse, a pebble and a bowl.
Bardet’s inspiration in his designs were to capture the essence of the scents, and by focusing on this theme, he was able to physically capture each fragrance from the new line perfectly.
