Mark Ronson: New Album Titled Uptown Special
Grammy Award winning producer Mark Ronson, who launched the careers of Amy Winehouse, Lily Allen and Wale, is set to launch his new album Uptown Special.
From unknown church singers, to a single with Bruno Mars, Ronson’s new album brings an eclectic array of astounding musical talent. Each and every track has been carefully tailored by Ronson, which he has said is an album that has pushed him to the boundaries of musical creation and is the most progressive record he has ever done.
The whole album is the creative brain child of Ronson that saw him, during its creation, jump back and forth between London and Brooklyn, interviewing church singers and getting inspiration from legendary studios around the world.
RCA Records will release Uptown Special on Tuesday 27 January 2015.
